Rough Lumber For Sale - Rough Lumber is available in Alder, Knotty Ash, Knotty Butternut, Clear Spanish Cedar, Clear Cherry, Knotty Hickory, Clear African Mahogany, Clear Hard & Soft Maple, Clear Red Oak, Clear Pine, Clear Poplar, Clear Teak, Clear American Walnut and Clear Zebra Wood. Size depends on species, most are available in  4/4, some are 5/4 and a few are 8/4.

S4S - Surfaced Four Sides means that a "rough" board has been planed on both faces and cut on both edges.  At Valley Planing Mill we go a few steps further.  We not only plane both faces we sand them to 100 grit.  We also joint both edges rather than just saw them so that they are more square and true.  We feel this makes a better board and a more ready to use product.

Complimentary Service - one of our experienced outside sales representatives can come to your location to measure for mouldings, doors and stair parts and provide you with a free quote.  Please call our showroom at 920-739-4712 to schedule a time.
